Overall I had a positive experience dealing with Raceway. Yolat was very professional and communicative. The only concern I have is that one of the sliding doors on our van does not close all the way (it has to have one last push once it clicks) and that was not something that came up after final inspection.

Getting better after they got rid of the old manager

This corrupt service department added 3,000 MORE MILES to my car to get it out of warranty. My 2022 nissan Sentra battery died. It kept saying system malfunction so i took a photo of my dashboard and my mileage read 34,162 (still under warranty) i have photo evidence of this and my car sat there until the tow truck came. I got it towed the 5 miles to the dealership thinking ok great itβs still under warranty so whatever the issue is itβll be paid for. I am writing to express my frustration with the dishonest practices I encountered at Raceway Nissan. After finding a truck online, I reached out to Sales Manager Ryan Sanchez, informing him that I am a serious buyer with an 825 credit score, prepared to make a substantial down payment and finance the rest. In late May of 2024 I took my Murano in for a recall. I had noticed some oil dripping as well. I wanted them to check it out and let me know cause of it. They Said it would cost $225 to diagnose it and that could be applied to any repair needed. I agreed to this. I went for a recall on my Nissan Rouge and came out with a 6800 dollar invoice of things I need to repair. Mechanic Marcos Estrada told me is leaking oil, needs a timing cover reseal etc. my car was not dripping oil before and when I drove my car from the dealer I could tell it wasn't driving as smooth as before please don't trust your car to be fixed here they will screw you over.

Salesman Pete was outstanding! My boyfriend and I came in with low hopes of getting a car, we test drove a mini they had on lot and he made sure we went home with that vehicle. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor that was checking me in I was asked if I had taken care of my rear brakes. I said I was never made aware that my rear brakes were not good during my last. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have not been made aware of red issues on my vehicle. This dealership really needs to try harder!!
